The White Knight Pepper is a creation from crossing the Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion with a White Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper). The 3-4 inch pods grow very gnarly and curvy with pointed tails. Mature from green to creamy white and finally to almost pure white.Ā Most pods grew fairly consistent so this variant seems stable.
Heat level:Ā Approximately 750k to 1 Million SHU ā Very Hot.
